Tofu Satay, pad Thai tofu and vegetables, and Thai fried rice with tofu, no egg, five star.

Smoothie with pineapple, banana, blueberries, and soy milk.

Vegetable fresh rolls with peanut sauce, and peanut basil tofu with brown rice.

Madras curry with roasted cauliflower, chickpeas, mushrooms, green peas, onion, and cilantro.

Spinach, tomato, cucumber, red onion, pine nuts, and chickpeas tossed with Mirin and served over a baked potato.

Three mushroom, green bean, tofu stir fry with onions and cashews.
