I used to love Ruebens and never thought of using tempeh. Great idea!

It’s one of my all time favs! I never ate Ruebens until I was strict vegetarian, but my vegan version goes over well with everybody! Try it and let me know what you think! I grill the tempeh with liquid aminos or tamari for saltiness.
